Registered Social Workers provide patient counselling services to patients, long term care residents, and members of the community in Weyburn and area.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Patients may be referred by a doctor but can also self-refer. Referrals can also be made by an individual or agency with the client’s consent. Counselling is confidential. Counsellors are available for consultations and support in complex cases in the Health Region.
