Have Fun
Use cookie cutters or cut shapes into sandwiches, fruit and other healthy food items. Special notes and stickers hidden in lunch boxes are great ‘treats’ rather than high fat or high sugar foods.

EFAP provides confidential, professional assistance through counseling to employees, spouses and dependants to help them resolve personal difficulties which may negatively affect the employee's job performance or personal well-being.
Counselling is available for a variety of personal or work related issues, including but not limited to: marital and family issues, child care and parenting issues, elder and family care, relationships, stress, anxiety, grief, depression, smoking cessation, weight management and nutrition, alcohol and/or drug use, addictions, life transitions and change, legal and financial issues, career planning, workplace issues, pre-retirement planning and shift work, etc.
Beginning on Thursday, October 1, 2015, a company named Shepell will be the new Employee Family Assistance Program provider for support in resolving everyday challenges, complex issues and everything in between.
