All reputable tatoo artists and body piercing services are inspected and approved by a Public Health Inspector. Beware of tattoos or piercings being offered in a home environment. These types of services carry the risk of skin infections which may cause permanent damage, illness or even death.

Some types of extreme body modification that involve invasive procedures are not allowed in Saskatchewan due to the surgical requirements for such procedures. Contact your Public Health Inspector for more information.
