The Regional Orientation program will be taking place at Tatagwa View (808 Souris Valley Road) in Weyburn Saskatchewan, in Conference Room 1.

Please remember to bring your completed Payroll form, TD1 and TD1SK as well as, a void cheque or direct deposit information from your banking institution to your first day of Regional Orientation. 

WHMIS training must be completed prior to Day 2 - click here for intructions.

When you arrive please park in the overflow parking lot. Please refer to map below for directions.

It is important that you arrive on time.  Please plan to make personal calls during lunch and break times.

We recommend that you dress comfortably in casual clothing, - uniforms or scrubs are not recommended.  Please wear appropriate footwear - open-toed shoes or sandals are not recommended for PART & TLR training.

Please come prepared to have your photograph taken for your SCHR identification.

These days are full of important information that you will need to know to keep you and our patients/residents and clients safe. Come well rested and ready to learn! Lunch and snacks will be provided.

If you live more than 1 hour from Weyburn, and you need a hotel room during the Orientation program, please make your arrangements with your manager and retain your receipt for reimbursement. You must provide your manager with the original receipt to be reimbursed.
