2. Sun Country Health Region Recruitment and Retention Committee has created a $100,000 fund for Professional Development.  Applicants must be an employee of the Sun Country Health Region as of January 2011 and a member of  S.U.N. (RN/RPN or RN/NP). 

There are two types of Professional Development: Category 1: Up to $2,000 (accessible one time only) and Category 2: up to $800 (Accessible 1x per calendar year). 

The Professional Development Program was developed by the joint SUN/SCHR and Saskatchewan Ministry of Health.
